Folk Remedies to help with Writer’s Block

If you’re blogging on a regular basis, what’s going to happen? Well, you’ll get more traffic and that’s great. But you may run out of topics, right? Today I’m going to share a few tips on how you can avoid writer’s block.

If you’re not sure on what to blog on and you’re just getting lost, you can do two things.

1. Buzzsumo.com

The first one is go to buzzsumo.com and type in a keyword. Any keyword within your industry. Let’s say you put in SEO or PPC. That will show you all the popular posts within your space. They even break them down based on the last six months or a year. So, this way you’re seeing fresh content that people love.

Just look at what’s working and write better versions of those posts. Say someone wrote down five ways to improve SEO, you can then write ten ways to improve SEO.

Writing more detailed content is a great way to keep going and crank out new information that people still love. This is because if it’s done well on someone else’s site, chances are it’ll do well on your site as well, as long as you’re in the same industry.

2. Quora

The second tactic is to go to Quora and type in any keyword within your space. You’ll see a list of questions that people have. The most popular ones are common questions. If you take those questions and write blog posts around them and you create really educational information. Plus if you answer them better than anyone else, you’re going to have a ton of traffic.

So, using just these two tips, you can have a lot of ideas if you ever hit writer’s block again.
